Unzip the package. |

On your website document root, create a folder named 'ChatRoom' and FTP the files into this folder using Binary format.

CHMOD permissions on the ChatRoom folder to 777 (write permission). |

Navigate to the 'install.php' file in the 'ChatRoom' folder with your browser (ie: www.yoursite.com/ChatRoom/install.php) and follow instructions. |

IMPORTANT - if you will be integrating the chatroom with your forum, be sure to use your forum database info during the install! |

After the install process completes, delete install.php from your server. |
| 7. |
CHMOD permissions on the ChatRoom/ChatRoomACP/transcriptions folder to 777 (write permission). |

Based on your URL, navigate to www.yoursite.com/ChatRoom/ChatRoomACP/ to login to the Administrator controls. |

Publish your chat (see below). |
