Install the chat on your server

1.	Unzip the package.
2.	Rename "default.config.php" to "config.php".
3.	FTP the ChatRoom folder to your document root using Binary format. Example: /home/user123/public_html/ChatRoom
4.	Navigate to the 'install.php' file in the 'ChatRoom' folder with your browser (ie: www.yoursite.com/ChatRoom/install.php) and follow instructions.
5.	After the install process completes, delete install.php from your server.
6.	Based on your URL, navigate to www.yoursite.com/ChatRoom/ChatRoomACP/ to login to the Administrator controls.
7.	In your Admin CP for IPB, navigate to 'LOOK & FEEL'. Then, select 'EDIT TEMPLATE HTML' from the JavaScript dropdown. Then, select 'All Global HTML' and finally 'global_board_header'.
8.	Add this code near the rest of the JavaScript:

9.	Find: <a href="{$this->ipsclass->base_url}act=Help">{$this->ipsclass->lang['tb_help']}</a> Add before: <a href="../ChatRoom/ChatRoom_fixed.html" onclick="return launchChat('../ChatRoom/ChatRoom_fixed.html')">Chat</a>
10.	Edit the main 'Board Index' category, and find 'Show Stats' template. Replace the template with:

11.	Based on your URL, navigate to www.yoursite.com/ChatRoom/ChatRoomACP/ to login to the Administrator controls. Use an IPB admin login to login to the ChatRoomACP. The login created in the installation procedure is just a fallback in case your IPB installation is offline or otherwise not working.
